How to Get Access
All you have to do to get access to all of the above tools is to build your client’s website on our hosting and site care plan charged at $40 per month for as long as they remain on our plan. They must also agree to remain on our hosting and site care plan while they use our licensed theme or plugins on their site. The site care plan includes:
- Up to 1 minute uptime monitoring
- Branded status page
- Ongoing core, theme & plugin updates
- Staging server if required
- SFTP Access
- Hosting on fast SSD, Aussie based server
- We can deploy servers globally
- SSL certificate
- Scheduled backups to 3 locations
- 7G WAF Security
A Note About emails
We don’t host emails on the same server as the website. There are several good reasons for this which you can read more about here. All our client’s emails are hosted with Microsoft Exchange or through Synergy Australia – and they pay a monthly or yearly subscription for their emails to them directly. You can view Microsoft’s pricing here. We only charge a one off $50 fee to setup their domain with Microsoft Exchange.
